These general booking terms expressly regulate commercial relations between ECAMED PAMPLONA, S.L. (hereinafter, ALMA PAMPLONA) and users that reserve the products offered through this website.
Users are informed that ALMA PAMPLONA hereby reserves the right to amend these general booking terms at any time and with regard to any point, in all circumstances respecting the general terms in force at the time the user makes the booking or purchase.
These general terms have been compiled in accordance with the provisions set out in Law 34/2002, on the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 7/1998, on General Conditions of Procurement; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which approves the redrafted text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users in its last modification set out in Law 3/2014 27 March, Law 7/1996 on the Regulatory Framework of Retail Trade, and whatsoever applicable legal provisions.
The user, by accepting the terms and conditions, declares they are aware of and accept the procedures set out herein as a requirement to proceed with the purchase.
Users will be able to view all products available for purchase on the website, classified by categories and subcategories. By clicking on each of them, the user will be able to access a complete file on the product, giving a brief description, the different booking options and the corresponding price.
ALMA PAMPLONA reserves the right to decide at all times the products and services made available to users in the online store, either temporarily or permanently. Likewise, it reserves the right to unilaterally modify, without prior notice, the prices of the products as well as the establishment of temporary offers over the same.
All prices are shown in Euros and include the applicable VAT. The price does not include the municipal tourist tax applicable per person and night to persons over the age of 16. These prices shall remain in force of all time, except for obvious typographical errors.
The procedures to purchase products will be those shown on the screen at any time and described in these General Terms.
To purchase products, the user must click on the desired rate. Once selected, it will automatically be added to the “Cart” and you can choose to “Continue buying” or finalise the purchase by clicking the “Continue” button. As the user selects their product, he or she can preview the selected and pending products at the bottom of the “Cart” window, which will be updated as products or services are added.
When the user has completed their shopping list, they must click the “Continue” button at the bottom of the purchase breakdown. From hereon they must complete the information as requested and, where appropriate, select the payment method to be used. The user can also leave any remarks deemed appropriate in the comments box enabled.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card; in the latter case, the accepted cards will be displayed at the time of payment to formalize the reservation.
The payment by bank card will be processed through a payment gateway managed by the REDSYS SERVICIOS DE PROCESAMIENTO, S.L. platform, with a secure server certified in accordance with SSL protocol. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the banking services and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse. ALMA PAMPLONA has the bank details of the credit or debit card used by the user to make the purchase.
When it receives the booking, ALMA PAMPLONA will charge your card with the amount shown during the purchase process. Once the payment method has been selected and the ALMA PAMPLONA booking has finalised, an order confirmation email will be sent to the user.
When the amount of the purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the payment card number, this will entitle the purchaser to request immediate cancellation of the charge. However, if the purchase has actually been carried out by the cardholder and the refund claim is not a consequence of having exercised the right to withdraw or terminate, said party shall be obliged to pay compensation to the business-owner for damages caused as a consequence of said cancellation.
For the San Fermín period, in the case of payment by credit card, a signed payment authorization will be required from the cardholder.
Rooms booked through this website on a “Refundable” basis may be cancelled within a period of 24 hours, 72 hours or within a deadline of no greater than seven days prior to check-in, depending on the mode contracted, without any cancellation fees. The credit card details are only required during the booking process as a guarantee of the same.
To book rooms through ALMA PAMPLONA on a “Non-refundable” basis, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the amount of the booking will be requested, and these cannot be amended or cancelled Neither can bookings be cancelled in the event of a no-show
The Transfer, Parking or Breakfast products contracted through this website may be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fees whatsoever.
Tables booked for lunch or dinner can be cancelled at any time, without any associated cancellation fees. Cancellation fees will only be incurred in the event of cancelling group bookings.
The cancellation policy with regard to extra beds requested on a refundable or non-refundable basis for the Executive Suite rooms will be subject to the room cancellation policy.
The refund of the amount will be processed together with the cancellation request, and the reimbursement of the amounts paid are subject to the corresponding banking procedures.
The exercise of the right to withdraw will nullify the parties’ obligations with regard to exercising the contract

These conditions are subject to Spanish legislation, which shall apply for anything not provided for in this contract with regard to its interpretation, validity and enforceability. Any dispute shall be resolved before the courts of Barcelona.
