Alma Spa, a quiet hotel spa in central Barcelona

The Alma Spa features a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a heated indoor swimming pool and a dedicated relaxation area, all located on the hotel’s lower level.

The Finnish sauna offers dry heat, while the Turkish bath, also known as a hammam, provides a warm, humid environment. Guests can enjoy both facilities as part of their spa experience.

The spa’s heated indoor pool is available throughout the year. Guests can also relax on the loungers beside the water in a space illuminated by natural light.

The facilities also include showers with overhead water outlets and lateral jets, as well as a relaxation area where guests can unwind between sessions.

Spa access is complimentary for all guests staying at Hotel Alma Barcelona, regardless of room category, rate or booking channel.

To ensure a relaxing experience, advance reservations are required. Bookings are organized into time slots to manage capacity and do not guarantee exclusive use of the facilities.

• Opening hours: Daily, from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
• Hotel guests: Complimentary access is included with every room and suite.
• Reservations: Advance booking is required. Time slots may be shared with other guests.
• Children: Guests under 16 may access the spa from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, accompanied by an adult.
• Provided: Bathrobes, slippers and towels are available.
• Private spa: Exclusive use of the facilities can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and individually confirmed conditions and pricing.

Alma Spa offers personalized massages and facial treatments using products from Karicia. Before each session, our therapists discuss your preferences, desired pressure and any areas requiring special attention.

Guests can choose from three signature treatments:

• Essential Alma Massage: 60 minutes – €180.
• Integral Alma Massage: 90 minutes – €200.
• Alma Facial Treatment: 60 minutes – €160.

Treatments take place in one of our two treatment rooms, including a double room suitable for couples. In-room treatments are also available upon request.

Treatments can be added during the online room booking process or arranged through hotel reception, by phone or WhatsApp. All appointments are subject to availability.

Hotel Alma Barcelona combines its spa facilities with a fully equipped gym, located on the same lower-ground floor. Both spaces are open daily from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Guests can arrange personal training sessions, as well as private yoga and Pilates classes upon request. Access to the gym requires advance reservation, independently of spa bookings, and does not guarantee exclusive use.
